1. Our Refund Policy

Techofill ERP maintains a strict no-refund policy on all paid subscription plans. Once a payment is successfully processed, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Not using the Service after subscribing
• Dissatisfaction with features
• Accidentally purchasing the wrong plan
• Business closure or change in requirements
• Technical issues on the user's device or network

2. Why No Refunds?

We believe in complete transparency and fairness. That is why we give every user a full 15-day free trial with access to all features — no credit card required. This gives you ample time to:

• Explore every module: Staff, Attendance, Salary, Overtime, Holidays, Dashboard
• Add your actual employees and test real workflows
• Assess whether Techofill fits your business needs
• Make a fully informed purchase decision

Since the Service is made available to you immediately upon payment, and you have already had the opportunity to trial it for free, we do not offer refunds.

3. No Auto-Renewal

Techofill does not auto-renew subscriptions. All plans are one-time, manual payments. You will never be charged without your explicit consent. When your subscription expires, your access ends and you choose whether to renew.

This means there are no surprise charges on your account — ever.

4. Subscription Access

Upon successful payment:

• Access is activated immediately and automatically
• You get full access to all features for the subscribed duration
• Access expires at the end of the plan period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused days

5. Payment Failures & Errors

If your payment was charged but your account was not activated due to a technical error on our platform, please contact us immediately at info.techofill@gmail.com.

In such cases, we will either:

• Manually activate your subscription, or
• Issue a full refund if activation is not possible

This is the only exception to our no-refund policy and applies exclusively to verified technical payment errors from our side.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank for a valid purchase is a violation of these Terms. In such cases, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your account and block future access to the Service.
